Returns & Refunds Policy

  • At Nutri Market, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to make it right.

  • We offer two options if there’s an issue with your order:

    Product Exchange – Replace with the same item (subject to stock availability).
    Refund – We may provide a full or partial refund depending on the situation, after reviewing your request.

  • You may request a return, exchange, or refund within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in good condition.
  • Requests must be sent to contact@nutrimarket.my with the following details:
    • Buyer’s Name
    • Contact Number
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return/exchange/refund (with photo evidence if applicable)

  • Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
  • If we send a replacement (e.g. for defective or wrong items), Nutri Market will cover the postage for the replacement product.
  • If the replacement product costs more than the returned item, the buyer will pay the difference.
  • If the replacement product is out of stock, you may choose another product of equal value or request a refund.
  • Refunds will only be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
  • If approved, refunds will be made within 3–7 business days via your original payment method.
  • If you do not provide the required details (order info and product photo), you may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
